This trek is one of the most popular trekking routes in Pakistan even in the world due to the traverse through amphitheater of eight of the worlds 30 highest peaks at a distance of about 25 kilometers. The area covered by this trek contains the highest concentration of high peaks any were in the world providing perhaps the greatest mountain scenery on earth.   • You must have prior experience of trekking at a height of at least 3000 meters before embarking on this trek.
  • Get in the habit of walking for at least two to four hours a day before coming to this high mountain trek.
  • If you have heart, sugar or altitude sickness, then get advice from your doctor before join the group & keep proper medicine during the trek
  • You should have warm clothes, trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun block cream, rain paint coat, sleeping bag & tent sheet.
  •  You must have your personnel trekking equipment.
  • Tell your insurance company that gives you the coordinates of the corresponding on-site or nearby
  • Not to load up on clothing, unless provision to provide on-site and buy your arrival a local suit, shirt and baggy pants to be quite at home anywhere, even during the trek.
